Infrared Sauna Procedure

Before Your Session:

  • Consultation: Our staff will discuss your goals and any health conditions you may have to ensure the infrared sauna is safe and appropriate for you. We’ll also explain the proper use of the sauna and answer any questions you may have. We will ask you to fill and signed a waiver.
  • Hydration: Drinking plenty of water before your session is crucial. It helps your body sweat efficiently and prevents dehydration.
  • Preparation: We recommend you bring a towel and flip flops (if you don’t have these, we will take care of), and any other necessary items.
  • Take a shower.
  • Step into the sauna, place the towel over the chair and close the door.
  • Connect Bluetooth to listen calming music or a meditation session.

The Infrared Sauna Experience:

  • Comfortable Warmth: Infrared saunas use infrared light to directly heat your body, creating a gentle and penetrating warmth that feels different from traditional saunas.

After Your Session:

Important Considerations:

  • Safety First: Please inform our staff of any pre-existing health conditions, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or uncontrolled diabetes, before using the infrared sauna.
  • Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to how you feel during the session. If you experience any discomfort, such as dizziness, lightheadedness, or nausea, exit the sauna immediately and inform a staff member.
  • Hydration is Key: Staying well-hydrated before, during, and after your session is crucial to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
